American Perspectives: 민재이 and 가람 are starting to develop their own personalities "Our Blooming Youth" Ep.4

I honestly got these two characters 민재이 and 가람 mixed up, and more often than not forgot about 가람 because she has basically been 민재이's mirror.  가람 isn't memorable.  When the two have a scene together in drag, I often can't tell who's who because they look very similar.  When they are in women's clothing, I can distinguish them just fine, no problem. Because their personalities mirror each other, a better casting choice in terms of physical appearance would be someone with a distinctly different look.

The reason why I'm now starting to make the distinction is not only because we had the scene  where 민재이 as a eunuch met 가람 as Monkey Paw Guy's assistant finally met back up.  It's also because the personalities between the two women are beginning to diverge due to time apart. Let's be honest, as 민재이's personal servant, 가람 didn't really get to have much of her own personality.  민재이 is the one with the upper hand in this relationship, friend or not. So, with the time apart, 가람 has the opportunity to make the decision about what direction her personality should go.
