When you're making an extensive effort to make your ambitions a reality, the people who don't want to see you succeed will start coming out of the woodwork. Oftentimes, it's the people you didn't expect. Sometimes they mean well, and sometimes they're flat out jealous because maybe they had tried similar, but failed epically. The idea of someone else succeeding with something similar can sometimes stir up intense emotions. Go for your ambitions anyway, no matter what. Don't fall for the belief that "Well, if 20 people say it won't work, maybe it's for a reason."
